I am listening to your CD. Your voice reminds me so much of SADE. I AM AMAZED at the blend of your voice, and the instrumentation and the calming effect. I found the cuts a combination of soothing and energizing. Thank you so much for this very personal project and all the emotions that must have gone into it!
Forget the unwieldy title's spiritual trappings (unless you are into such things, in which case roll with it). This album is simply deep electronic house of a very high caliber. Studio whiz Glide provides a pillowy base-a melange of chilled techno,prog-house and global rhythms - over which Ekayani intones ancient texts and lyrics of more recent vintage in English,Bengali and Sanskrit.
